The Admiral Digby Inn overlooks the Annapolis Basin with its scenic beauty and the highest tides in the World!
All of our rooms are drive-up ground level, and have a magnificent view of the Annapolis Basin. They are all fully equipped with color cable TV with remote, radio, electric heating and air conditioning, comfortable beds and modern furnishings.
Certain rooms have high speed wireless internet also.
Admiral Digby Inn Accommodations:
LOWER LEVEL DOUBLES - We have 20 lower level drive-up units with two double beds, coffee makers and hairdryers. Some have wireless internet also. These rooms overlook theDigby Basin.
UPPER LEVEL DOUBLES - We have 9 upper level drive-up units with two double beds, coffee makers, and hairdryers in each. These also overlook the Annapolis Basin.
UPPER LEVEL QUEENS - We have 11 upper level drive-up units with a queen bed and pull-out sofa, small fridge, microwave, coffee makers and hairdryers. These rooms overlook the Annapolis Basin and some have wireless internet.
DELUXE WITH BALCONIES - We have 3 deluxe units with one queen and one double bed in each. Also equipped with small fridge, microwave, coffee makers, hairdryers and wireless internet. These rooms overlook the Annapolis Basin and each have a private balcony.
DELUXE WITH KING - This is our only unit with a King size bed. It is a ground level with small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hairdryer. It is also handicap accessible.
1 BEDROOM COTTAGE - We have 2 one bedroom cottages, fully equipped with bedroom, kitchen, livingroom and bathroom. The living room also has a pull-out sofa.
2 BEDROOM COTTAGE - We have one 2 bedroom cottage. Each bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. There is also a living room, kitchen and half bath.

On-Site Dining:
Our Admiralty Dining Room overlooking the Annapolis Basin serves seafood specialties including delicious Digby scallops, famous Nova Scotia salmon and lobster. The menu is well balanced offering a good variety of healthy dishes for all tastes.
Stop into our cozy "Sailors Arms" lounge for a relaxing drink before or after dinner.
Location:
Admiral Digby Inn and Cottages is located 1/4 mile from the Princess of Acadia Ferry Terminal at Digby, Nova Scotia on the Shore Road. Only 2 miles from downtown Digby shopping district and the Evangeline Shopping Mall.
Digby History:
Digby was named in honour of Robert Digby, the British Admiral who commanded HMS Atlanta which conveyed 1500 Loyalist refugees from New England to Digby in 1783. Among the Loyalists settling here was John Edison, the great grandfather of Thomas Alva Edison the renown inventor.
Today, Digby is home to world's most famous scallop fishing fleet which provides for a robust maritime economy and a very active and scenic wharf in the centre of town.
For the more adventure minded Digby Neck is renown for its bird watching and the famous balancing rock on Long Island, Brier Island is one of Nova Scotia's best whale watching destinations and deep sea fishing can be arranged on short notice.
History buffs will enjoy our local historical grave sites, visiting the Admiral Digby Museum and our local churches one of which was built by ship builders.

Pet Friendly! We have allotted certain rooms for pets. If you require an additional room, we charge a $20.00 fee. Guests are responsible for properly removing & disposing of their pet's waste. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet and must complete a Pet Agreement at check in. Pet must be supervised at all times, and leashed when outdoors.
